Quality Assurance
The quality control team, together with technical staff, are responsible for establishing the customer's requirements. These are communicated to the production staff and monitored during manufacture. Established methods as defined by ISO 9001/TS 16949, such as SPC and zero defect manufacture are used to maintain product quality. Measurement systems utilising up to date measuring techniques are common place.
The need for Quality Assurance is well understood by all members of the company and forms an intrinsic part of the company's philosophy.
