The moulding shop is well laid out to assist workflow. It is populated with up to date computer controlled moulding machinery, robotic product handling equipment, and automatic materials handling equipment to ensure repeatable product manufacture.
Facilities that allow tight control of process parameters, beside the press process monitoring and optimisation software, and conscientious, well trained staff, guarantee cost effective and consistent production of injection moulded parts.
Our ultrasonic welding, transfer (pad) and hot foil printing facilities allow cost-effective and reliable semi-finishing and light assembly operations. This gives the customer controlled delivery of finished products.
